This website is a newly launched work-in progress, but I hope it will be a valuable resource for anyone who is researching their Italian ancestors.

Many people aren’t aware that there is an extensive collection of historical genealogical records available to the public for free. This site includes an index for some of those records available on Antenati.

If you’d like to contribute by indexing some records that have not been indexed on Antenati yet, please like the Scarfone.me page on Facebook. There will be a Facebook group soon.

Coming soon: DNA projects and information on testing to find your roots and living relatives. For now, you can search or browse the records from Sant’Agata del Bianco, Calabria.
